After the unwelcome return of rain yesterday (May 4), Cambridgeshire is set for a sunny day today, with temperatures reaching highs of 23C.
The latest forecast from BBC Weather predicts that the county will experience sunny intervals and some breeze ranging from a gentle breeze to light winds.
Cambridge looks like it will get the best of the county’s weather, with sun forecast and a breeze provided by light winds. It has the highest temperature forecast of any of Cambridgeshire’s main areas, with the mercury to hit highs of 23C.
It doesn’t look like the weather will hit the heights of last week’s scorching Bank Holiday weekend, but the rain should hold off and the days will be warm.
